Vintage 1960's McCall's 2090 Sewing Pattern

This pattern is for a girl's dress, jumper, shirt, blouse, or bell bottom pants. These would be a perfect audition to your child's wardrobe.

This is a used pattern, girl's size 6. The pattern comes with original instruction.

Mini length dress, jumper, bell bottom pants and blouse. Stitch trimmed dress or jumper have center back zippers, faced necks and lined patch pockets. Bias, button trimmed pockets are sewn on front and included on side seams. Jumper has faced armholes. Dress has faced, bias band collar included in neck seam. Pants, darted in back, have left side zipper and back of waistband is gathered elastic. Back buttoned blouse has interfaced back edges and bias, roll collar sewn to neck edge. Long set-in sleeves are gathered into buttoned bands.

Suggested Fabrics: Synthetic mixtures, cotton broadcloth, gingham, checks and plaids, linen pique, homespuns, jersey, lightweight wools, flannel, gabardine, batiste, voile, organdy

Vintage 1960's McCall's 7992 Sewing Pattern

This pattern is for a child's dress with lace trimmed collar and cuffs. This dress would be perfect for your little girl. 

This is a used pattern, child's size 4. The pattern comes with original instruction.

Child's dress is gathered to yoke at back and front, has below-elbow length set-in sleeves. Back yoke opening is buttoned and interfaced. Contrasting square collar and bias cuffs are faced with self fabric and flat lace edging is included in facing seems.

Suggested Fabrics: Dress - linen, synthetic mixtures, cotton broadcloth, cotton satin, corduroy, velveteen, printed cottons, cotton or synthetic challis; contrasting collar and cuffs - linen, pique, cotton broadcloth, synthetic mixtures.

Vintage 1970's Simplicity 6824 Sewing Pattern

This pattern is for a girl's shirt and pants or shorts. This is perfect for your child to have a new style at schools

This is a used pattern, girl's size 12 and 14 breast size 30 and 32, last used about 30 years ago and comes complete with the original instructions.

Girls' shirt and pants or shorts: The top-stitched shirt with front button closing has notched collar, set-in sleeves, shaped lower edge and optional purchased applique and flapped patch pockets with button trim. V. 1 with contrasting collar and front facing has long sleeves gathered to contrasting buttoned cuffs. The V. 2 has short sleeves with turn-back cuffs. The pants V. 1 or shorts V. 2 have back zipper and elastic waistline casing.

Suggested Fabrics: Linen, chino, poplin, denim, chambray, ticking, pique, cotton sateen, canvas, duck, wool flannel, gabradine.

Vintage 1960's Butterick 5342 Sewing Pattern

This pattern is perfect for creating multiple styles for your young girl. You have the option of creating a dress or a jumper as well as pants or shorts.

This is a used pattern. Girl's size 6, breast size 25 inches. The original instructions are included.

High-fitted A-line dress or jumper in mini or street length, has front seaming detail. Round neckline or standing bias collar. Short sleeves or sleeveless. Top-stitch, button or bow trim. Flared pants and shorts have elasticized waistline. Purchased blouse and bow.

Suggested Fabrics: Crisp fabrics such as broadcloth, pique, synthetic mixtures, denim and poplin.

Vintage 1960's Simplicity 5523 Sewing Pattern

This pattern is for a girl's or a boy's hooded jacket. This would be perfect for making a hoodie for your child. You can add a half of full zipper, no zipper, or you can even add a pocket on each side or a front pocket with a flap. This is an unlined jacket with the option of adding a drawstring to the hood.

This is a used pattern, child size 6, last used about 30 years ago and comes complete with the original instructions.

Girl's and boy's hooded jacket: The unlined jacket features a hood with a drawstring pulled through a casing snugly fitting the head. Long, set-in sleeves are finished with elastic casing. Lower edge of jacket may have a drawstring in casing that ties at center front. Patch pockets in V. 1. V's 1 and 2 fasten with a front separating zipper. V. 3 jacket fastens with a zipper at upper edge of center front seam. Pocket and flap trim jacket front.

Suggested Fabric: Cottons and blends; denim, poplin, terrycloth, duck, chino, cotton suede, corduroy. Synthetics; sailcloth, homespun, sharkskin. Wools and blends; gabardine.

Vintage 1960's Simplicity 4536 Sewing Pattern

This pattern is for a child's robe. This would be perfect for creating a child's coat, maybe making a costume, or even to make a small bathrobe using material similar to a towel. This pattern will make a robe with or without pockets and a belt.

This is a used pattern, child size 4, last used about 30 years ago and comes complete with the original instructions.

Child's robe: Loosely fitted robe has round neckline with Peter Pan collar, kimono sleeves which may be rolled up to form cuffs, and front button closing. V. 1 has applique of a candle in a holder. V. 2 and 3 feature contrasting bias binding trim and patch pockets. V. 2 has tie belt slipped through carriers.

Suggested Fabrics: Cottons and blends; broadcloth, challis, chambray, cotton quilting, cotton satin, flannelette, gingham, pique, seersucker, terrycloth. Rayons, silks, synthetics; blends.

Vintage 1960's Simplicity 6236 Sewing Pattern

This pattern is for a toddler's top and pants. This pattern wold be perfect for a little girl, or even a little boy. There are additional suspenders that can be added to give the outfit a different look.

This is a used pattern, size 2, last used about 30 years ago and comes complete with the original instructions.

Toddler's top and pants: Pants with elastic waistline casing have optional suspenders and optional hammer-on-metal fasteners at inner leg seams. Top with set-in sleeves has back button closing. V.'s 1 and 2 have below elbow length sleeves and embroidered trim. V. 1 has collar and lace edging trim. V. 2 has rick-rack trim. V. 3 with short sleeves has lace ruffle and bias binding at neck edge.

Suggested Fabric: Cottons and blends; gingham, corduroy, velveteen, denim, seersucker. Synthetics and blends; flannel, pique, poplin, broadcloth.

Vintage 1970's Simplicity 7511 Sewing Pattern Girls

This pattern is perfect for making a girls Halloween costume or play costumes. This 1970's pattern from Simplicity gives you the opportunity to make a Puritain, Centennial, 18th and 19th Century costume.

This is a used girl's pattern, size 12, breast size 30. The original instructions are included.

Child's and girl's puritan, centennial, 18th and 19th century costumes: The collarless, ankle length dress with gathered skirt stitched to "V" at waistline bodice has back zipper and set-in sleeves. V. 1 and 2 with high round neckline have long sleeves. V. 3 and 4 with low square neckline have short sleeves. V. 1 with eyelet edging and button trim has contrasting bonnet. V. 2 has contrasting apron, hat and detachable collar. V. 3 with drape has pleated ruffling. V. 4 with eyelet edging and ribbon bows is worn with a circular cap.

Suggested Fabrics: Gingham, homespun, hopsacking, cotton sateen, broadcloth, lawn, linen.

Vintage 1970's Butterick 5566 Sewing Pattern

This patten is for a girl's one-piece dress and coat. This 1970's pattern will make a great vintage looking dress for a little girl. A separate coat can be worn for any occasion using varied fabric thicknesses.

This is a used pattern. Girl's size 6, breast size 25 inches. The original instructions are included.

High-fitted A-line coat with full length raglan sleeves has patch pockets and contrast or self round shaped collar. Optional braid trim. High-fitted A-line dress with short raglan sleeves and round neckline has optional purchased ribbon belt.

Suggested Fabrics: Soft or Crisp fabrics such as Linen, Poplin, Synthetic Mixtures, Broadcloth for dress and coat also Lightweight Wool and Flannel for Coat

Vintage 1960's Simplicity 8307 Sewing Pattern

This pattern is for a Child's or Girl's Shirt with Scarf and Blouses from 1969 (Simplicity 8307). This pattern would be delightful for creating a vintage looking shirt or blouse with a nice scarf. This is a Girl's size 14, breast size 32 inches.


This is a used pattern, last used about 30 years ago and comes complete with the original instructions.

Child's and Girl's Shirt with scarf and blouses: The blouse v. 1 and 2 with back zipper and high round neckline has stand-up collar and long set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings forming self ruffles. V. 1 has gathered collar collar forming self ruffle. V. 2 has collar and tie belt trimmed with ribbon or braid. The top-stitched shirt v. 3 and 4 with front buton closing and high round necline has "shirt-type" collar and long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 3 has patch pockets with button trimmed flaps. A scarf may be worn with shirts.

Suggested fabric types: cottons and blends; broadcloth. Silks, synthetics and blends; poplin, challis, cotton sateen, crepe. Blouse also in satin.
